# Set Route Fallback

## Concept

When Yoyo cannot find a suitable link for the input shortcuts string, it automatically falls back to the **Route** **Fallback** **URL**.

The default setting for this URL is Google search: <https://www.google.com/search?q=%s>.

* Wildcard **%s** is the standard placeholder of search engines for input strings.
* This wildcard, in practice, will be replaced with the input string that cannot be found in the shortcut list.
